Careers in the vast field of art and design vary depending on an individual’s qualification and experience in his/her desired stream of work within the liberal arts field. Generally, arts and design students find employment in advertising agencies, and corporate or industrial design houses. Some students also choose to work as freelance artists and designers, or work on contract basis for one of the many art and design houses in the U.S.
