Bruce Springsteen got international fame in the fall of 1975, when critics hailed him as a savior of rock & roll. Bruce Springsteen fans know that he is the only artist who brought together all the exuberance of ‘50s rock and thoughtfulness of 60s rock, into the ‘70s rock music. Fans also compare him to Jerry Lee Lewis, his songs as complicated as Bob Dylan’s and his concerts were like a religious festival for his followers - best in music. Springsteen wrote and recorded “The Streets of Philadelphia” theme song of the film Philadelphia. The song became a top ten hit in 1994 and won the Academy award for best song and swept the Grammy’s. Since then the Bruce Springsteen fan club has been brimming with members’ very year.
