Graduates
Your first round would consist of a numerical and combined verbal & numerical test and a number of interviews which would be based on your past experiences, accomplishments as well as suitability and interest in Education.  In some instances, the numerical and combined reasoning test may be completed online.  The interviews will be held either in London or one of our local offices, depending on your residency at the time.

Following your first round interviews, you may be invited to attend a business area specific assessment centre, consisting of a number of competency-based exercises and / or second round interviews which will focus on your suitability for a particular group within the division you have applied to.

Summer Internships
Your first round would consist of a numerical and combined verbal & numerical test and a number of interviews based on your past experiences, accomplishments as well as suitability and interest in Education.  In some instances, depending on your business area, the numerical and combined reasoning test may be completed online. The interviews will be held either in London or one of our local offices, depending on your residency at the time. If you are offered an internship and perform strongly, you may have the opportunity to join the graduate programme by attending an assessment centre at the end of your placement or through 'on the job' assessment throughout your internship. The assessment centre would consist of competency-based exercises.

Other Internship Placements
Your first round would consist of a numerical and combined verbal & numerical test, depending on your business area this could be completed online and a number of interviews based on your past experiences, accomplishments as well as suitability and interest in Education.  The interviews will be held either in London or one of our local offices, depending on your residency at the time.  If you are offered an internship following the interview process, you may have the opportunity to join the graduate programme by attending an assessment centre at the end of your placement.  The assessment centre consists of competency-based exercises.
