New York Rangers are a professional New York based ice-hockey team. The rangers won Stanley Cup four times, most recently in 1994. Like many other sports teams there are many rumors about the New York Rangers, the recent one being the pre-game scuffle among three of the rangers Avery, Tucker and Blake - who is playing while being treated for leukemia. The scuffle has reported to begin with the cancer-related comments passed on to Blake by Avery. Another New York Ranger rumor is pursuing Phoenix Coyotes defenseman Ed Jovanovski since they were unable to address the need during the off-season.
