The Chicago Cubs are members and champions of the Central Division of Major League Baseball’s National League. The team has to its credit two World Championships (1907-1908) and three division titles (1984, 1989, 2003).For a long time now baseball music has gained immense popularity among the fans. Many songs have been written about the Cubs or are otherwise associated with the team. Some of the famous songs include, "Take Me Out to the Ball Game”, “A Dying Cub Fan's Last Request" and "Go Cubs Go" - a rah-rah tune by Steve Goodman. Now there are CDs and DVDs which feature Chicago Cubs songs celebrating its heroes and sports rivalries. Much of the history of baseball can be traced in these songs.
