Multicultural Education

The world has changed completely. The massive influx of human mindset into different continents has diminished the boundaries of nations and cultures. People from all over the world are now heavily involved in migration from different areas in search of international assignments and a better standard of living. People are fighting heard to earn a simpler, faster and reliable means of financial freedom. The sole purpose of life keeps man wandering in search of excellence and performance.  This criterion alone has garnered thousands of foreigners into America in search of medical profession and hundreds of thousands or Russians and polish people have migrated to Canada to work in the construction business. All is possible where the ends tend to forecast human intelligence over culture and social norms.
It is imperative to understand that the world has finally melted into the melting point that the authors of yesteryears have proclaimed mother earth to become. And maybe it has become the melting pot faster than the critics might have fathomed. The revolution of the internet, faster and more reliable access to critical information and the mechanism in which life is changing endorse the fact that the world is only for those that commit to achieve higher dreams and turning their hopes into reality. The world is no longer a meek place where every individual has her or her permanence in the market. People and the entire sphere changes according to the laws of nature. One cannot sit idle and believe that their ideologies and cultures can provide the sustainability and assurance that other blends of cultures can provide. It is extremely difficult to keep afloat ones own credentials without anticipating and enjoying the freedom of the international community. People are all climatized today to the culture of privileged class and the call for exuberant successes. The world honors the people and team that thrive on excellence and can become an integral part of the economies of scale.
The current decade is labeled as the decade of ethnicity and social awareness. People now have to be ready to work with individuals from all parts of the world irrespective of age, sex, and creed. There is no variation that needs to be taken into account while evaluating individuals on merit. There is no reason to keep behind an African due to his color or a Chinese due to his poor written English skills. The objective is to define excellence in all spheres of life. There is no substitute to not realizing the imploding requirement of universality. People can simply no longer be judged by their food and their smell. It is the sweat in their hard work and commitment to success that drive opportunities.
The class room environment around the world requires propagating this message and the curriculum supportive of such direct statements and requirements. The objective of the text books is to highlight the benefits of a melting point mentality and to construe policies and procedures that fabricate the essence of international presence in all countries around the world. Psychologists have come to reason with the fact that an overall understanding of the international communicate and multicultural realms of engagement not only broaden one’s own view but starts honing the skills of owns own credentials and features. It is only in fierce competition that men try to become the esteemed victors of society. Only when the greatest minds think together will the solutions of the world be reinstated. It does not take one mind to convince millions it takes a thought that provokes a unity irrespective of languages and cultures to solve issues.
On the other hand, the issues of the world have gone beyond the typical norms of society and now are compelling arguments that require solutions at all levels. No global issue can be comprehended by the scientists in America alone. The credentials of the European mind set, analysis of the Indians, proactive energy of the Chinese and the overall process execution of the Russians all need to diminish the variances and keep a strict control on the hindrances that conflict with the overall peace I the world.
Multicultural activity allows people to taste, feel and observe activities that could not have been done otherwise. It is a lesson that provides insight and foresight to activities and creates an environment of hope and belonging. An interesting research conducted by the University of Nevada concludes that children that get multicultural education at an earlier age develop liking for foods and clothes that would not have been otherwise. This kind of change is healthy and positive by all standards.
