BLUE CLIFF COLLEGE

With campuses located in Gulfport, Mississippi, Fayetteville, Arkansas, and five campuses in Louisiana: Lafayette, Shreveport, Houma, Metaire, and Alexandria, Blue Cliff College offers Massage Therapy, Medical Assistant, Criminal Justice, and Cosmetology, although the area of study its most renowned for, remains massage therapy.

Established in 1987, Blue Cliff College has majorly expanded and grown since the time of its inception. It first set roots in New Orleans, and then expanded into Lafayette, then to Shreveport and then Gulfport, MS. In June of 1989, the college received its Proprietary School License. In 1998, the college was proud to become the first college of massage therapy to receive accreditation from the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT) in the state of Louisiana and in 2000, became the first to accomplish this in the state of Mississippi.

Blue Cliff College has an edge over its competitors in that it offers job skill specific training, which equips students to function and perform well in todays competitive job market. To help achieve this goal, a low student-teacher ratio is maintained and  experienced and highly qualified faculty is recruited, which understands the importance of  practical work as well. Fully equipped classrooms, with state of the art technology also greatly enhances and facilitates student learning.
